Projects carried out in an organization involve different clients in order to meet their requirements hence goals. People from different discipline work on a project to achieve the same goal. Baraza Business Management System allows the user to create projects and add various details in regards to the projects. The system generates 'Reports'

 

   1. Projects: Select one of the main modules 'Project'. Select the option 'Project' under 'Project'. The system allows the user to create new projects. First, the user has to define the 'Types' of project then add a new project into the system. To define the 'Types' of project select the option 'Project Types, click on 'New', fill in all the fields then click on 'Save'.


The user is then able to define the Phases of Projects. Double-click on a specific 'Project Type' record. Click on 'New', fill in all the fields then click on 'Save.'

Once the phases are defined, the user can define tasks for the specific project phase. Double on a specific 'Phase' record, click on 'New', fill in all the fields then click on 'Save'.


 Once the 'Definition' processes are completed, the user is able to create new projects. Select the option 'Projects', click on 'New', fill in all the fields then click on 'Save'

The system allows the user to add phases, and staff to the projects and to provide related details by double-clicking on a specific 'Project' record.


 

The system allows the user to keep record of shifts by double-clicking on a specific 'Project' record


Once projects are created, the user can add their clients, of specific projects they are working on, to the system. Select the option 'Clients' under 'Project'. Click on 'New', fill in all the fields then click on 'Save'.


Clients can be added to 'Sales Pipeline'. Choose a specific client, select 'Add to pipeline', then click on 'Action'.



The system allows the user to keep record of Attendance of entitys involved in projects. Select the option 'Attendance' under 'Project'. Baraza Business Management System can also Import Bio Metric attendance


   2. Reports:  Select one of the main modules 'Project'. Select the option 'Reports' under 'Project'. The Baraza Business Management System generates project reports such as: Project Types,

Define Phases, Project Tasks, Project Staff, and Attendance
