The admin adds a 'New Internship' position under <Internship>. As an admin select 'Internships' then click on 'New'. The admin indicates the department in needs of interns, the dates (opening and closing) and the positions available.
1. To apply for internship as an applicant, click on the 'Internship' menu item under <Service Desk>. The available internship positions will be displayed. Check on the position you want to apply for and click the 'Action' button to 'apply for internship'.
2.The admin will be able to see the internship application. Double-click on the specific internship position. The applicant's application is displayed under 'Interns'. The application status is 'Completed'.
3. The system allows the user to add details in regards to the internship position applied for. Double-click on a specific intern's record.
