The system allows employees to provide objectives through their portal. They are able to do a work review on themselves which will be sent to their supervisor for approval. To assign a supervisor to an employee, click on 'Contracting' under <Employees> menu. Click on the 'Employees' tab and double click on a record with details of an employee you want to assign a supervisor.
On the form that opens, click on the 'Reporting' tab and fill in he fields and 'Save'.
To approve a review, click on 'Approvals' under <Service Desk>. Check the employee record you want to approve then click the <Action> button.
